Hi Sam! I finally found some pistachio cream to try this out, but now I'm just wondering about the kataifi 🥲. Did you use frozen or just shelf stable kataifi? Is there a particular brand of kataifi you like?

Hi Anna! It's in the frozen section of middle eastern grocery stores, Apollo or Athens make a good one but whatever you find in those places will be good. It's a long box (similar to a phyllo sheet box) and says kataifi shredded dough. Sometimes it might be called Kadaif shredded phyllo dough (I believe that's the turkish name).
