Turtle Cookies
A double chocolate chip cookie studded with pecans and chocolate chunks, stuffed with a salted caramel and drizzled with dark chocolate. My take on a ‘turtle’ (even though it no longer looks like an actual turtle lool).

Zebra Cookies (Black Cocoa & Vanilla Sugar Cookies)
Short-bread like sugar cookies made with half vanilla and half black cocoa dough for a striking, striped pattern. I added step-by-step photos and an easier method to make them.

Brown Butter Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls
The most popular roll recipe on my site (and probably an all time top 5 recipe): tangzhong & buttermilk dough, a heavy cream bath, and a brown butter filling that caramelizes in the oven. Top ‘em with a brown butter cream cheese frosting and it’s 100x better than that …bon place.

Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls
Milk bread dough (as always!) and a cinnamon chocolate filling made from both cocoa and dark chocolate. The heavy cream bath is there for gooeyiness and you have the option of a chocolate or vanilla glaze.

Croissant Cinnamon Rolls
Took my brown butter cinnamon rolls and laminated the dough a few times so you get this amazing crossover between a croissant and a cinnamon roll. It may look intimidating but it’s very do-able.

Baklava Cheesecake
I’ve bombarded all my social channels with this one this week so apologies if you’re tired of seeing it… but it’s slightly complicated process that leads to something exquisite and it deserves all the love! Twenty layers of phyllo and two layers of nuts make up the crust. The filling: a standard but perfect creamy vanilla cheesecake.
